Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through the contact form is FUTURIO Eryk Janicki, Polish Tax ID (NIP) 971-073-64-88 (trading as: FUTURIO-LABS).
Scope and purpose of processing
The contact form collects: full name, an email address or phone number, and a description of the matter to improve. Company name and conversation area are optional. We process this data in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal for cooperation.
Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract, at the request of the data subject) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry addressed to it directly).
Data recipients
Contact form submissions are delivered to the controller via Resend (Resend, Inc.), an email delivery service provider, solely for the purpose of delivering the enquiry. Data may also be processed by the website's hosting provider.
Data retention period
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and if cooperation follows, for a period resulting from applicable law and the nature of that cooperation. The exact retention period will be specified in this document.
Data subject rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4), an analytics tool provided by Google Ireland Limited, solely to understand how visitors use the site. The Google Analytics script only loads after you give consent in the banner shown on your first visit. Without consent, no cookie or analytics script is set. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser; the banner will appear again on your next visit. IP addresses are anonymised before being stored.
