Engagement rules

Every stage ends with an outcome and a decision on what follows.

After each stage, you can end the engagement and keep the materials delivered so far, or continue. The client team joins when operational knowledge, validation or a decision is needed — it does not have to manage the project continuously.
  1. Conversation

    What we do

Eryk leads a conversation about the problem, users and the outcome that needs to change. We check whether technology is needed at all.

    What remains

A record of the problem, goal and open questions, plus a decision on whether to move into analysis.

  2. Analysis

    What we do

We need conversations with the people doing the work, examples of real cases and decisions from the client-side owner of the topic. Their involvement is concentrated on sharing knowledge and validating conclusions, not continuous attendance.

    What remains

A map of current work, exceptions, risks and a recommended direction. If the analysis challenges the initial idea, we change the solution before building starts.

  3. Design

    What we do

We define the flow, interface, data, integrations, permissions, exceptions and responsibility.

    What remains

A solution design and a delivery plan divided into separate scopes. The material remains a basis for the next decision even if the build does not follow.

  4. Delivery

    What we do

The FUTURIO-LABS team builds and tests the agreed scope. People on the client side check real scenarios and make decisions that require business knowledge.

    What remains

The working agreed scope, operating documentation and a list of open decisions and further changes.

  5. After launch

    What we do

We define technical ownership, the route for reporting problems and the rules for agreed changes. We maintain integrations and fix issues revealed through use.

    What remains

The system has named technical responsibility and a documented scope of continued support. Further development is a separate decision, not an automatic expansion of the project.

Start with the problem before naming the solution.

Eryk leads the first conversation. We will establish what is needed to decide on the next step.
